Really disappointed with this- the main reason is the instructions manual tells you to insert the horizontal poles through the hooks then add the white plastic caps to prevent movement. Yep, that makes sense- except when the caps have been fitted prior to purchase which prevents them being inserted into the hooks. There's no way to get the caps off (and boy I tried) so it makes it totally useless. Nice looking towel rail
I wanted something to hang on the doors that wouldn't evolve damaging them and this does the trick perfectly. It hangs over a standard door fine, it won't hang on a fire door though due to them being thicker. I can get 3 large towels on the rack comfortably.

Ok, but not overly strong!
I bought this to put over a door near a radiator for extra indoor drying space! It’s not overly strong, so not sure how long it would stand up to heavy towels being pulled off for use, especially if you have heavy handed people in the house!

It's a little flimsy, easy to assemble but ours arrived with the end caps fixed on and they were difficult to remove before pushing the rods through the frame. Overall it seems ok, but if I had seen it first I would not have purchased as it looks too unstable for its purpose
