    I’d be interested to know where the data came from. As a former Club Officer this in theory was only available to a very limited few people and is used to verify data with DVLA although what is in the pack on its own would be insufficient for this need. Someone ( and I’m not accusing the seller as I suspect it’s come from a Third Party) has clearly been distributing information that they are not entitled to do
