      Gentle digestive Immune support

      I have personally found this product brilliant for me, particularly as the capsules are gentle on my very sensitive, faulty digestive system. I usually take 2 capsules a day, although the max is 3 per day and although I prefer to take them with food, I've never had any troublesome side effects from this gentle Vitamin C. Solgar products are always of excellent quality anyway. Some Vitamin C products can, at high doses, can cause loose stools, but I've not experienced this with this Solgar product. Prices vary but if you shop around you can usually find these capsules reasonably priced. I recommend them.
