It also had complet instructions making it easy to assemble, but I had to drill the hole for the handle on the all-thread bolt. When I used it, it towed well behing my vehicle but there were two more problems. 1. the all-thread bolt stripped out, I will replace it, but It is not heavy duty enough to lift my 692 pound Harley. 2. the weld on the bottom left upright broke. I will refabricate it out of heavy duty material.
