I was recommended taking these multi vitamins by a health specialist as I do not eat any vegetables at all.il did a months trial and they seemed to be ok,I continued to take these my skin looks and feels amazing and my hair has grown massively,which I can only put down to taking these vitamins. Would definitely recommend these. I am now on my 4th month and will continue taking these.
