    I paid for four bottles but I was sent just two, both of which were clearly used/refilled bottles so goodness knows what they have been filled with. I have requested a full refund, but have not received a reply.

    Your claim is untrue. You were sent four brand-new bottles, carefully packed with sellotape on the caps to prevent leaks. I even paid for the postage myself without charging you. You opened a refund case through eBay, so I followed the process there. We do not sell used or refilled items and take pride in handling all orders honestly and carefully.
