Item delivered on time and as described. The coat looked lovely, especially the colour. Unfortunately, it was miles too big, and I don't think the smaller size would have sat right on me. So, I started a return. There was no quibble at all, and I have my refund (less return postage, which I don't mind). I am disappointed about the coat, but the customer service was excellent, and I have no problem at all recommending the seller. Thanks very much.
