- d***k (1313)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseiPad returned in worse state. Glass peeing up, front and rear camera now not working. Touch ID doesn’t work and the home button sticks. If you try to push down on the screen to stop it popping out the iPad cuts out. Seller advised to use elastic bands and blamed it on the battery. Screen repair was perfect and was closed properly with no lifting. Touch ID failed during pre tests and cameras not linked to screen repair. Offered the customer to send the iPad back so we can check and rectify any issue (IF ANY) Customer wants a refund and free glass repair and refused to send their device back. Battery had been replaced with a poor copy which is more than likely faulty which we advised to change
