Cream City Music always gives great service, but the quality of this strap is not up to previous versions. The surface of the leather on the top of the pad is some funky tan "colored" finish, not the natural leather shown in the picture. I won't be returning this strap but I am disappointed that it does not conform to the picture in the listing.
