    Heard good things

    Udos Choice ultimate blend oil

    Find it versatile to drizzle over salads, taste is nutty and at least it doesn’t taste like cooking oil . I have not yet seen the benefits or improvements to my health eg supposedly eases arthritic pains, nail growth and hair growth- as I’ve been only using the Udos oil for 2 weeks. But will need to continue using it a little longer before I hopefully will see any benefit.

    udo's choice oil was designed by the writer of the fat bible fat that heal fats that kill and gives omega 3.6 and 9 in the perfect 2 2 1 ratio exelent for great skin but does lots of good in the body and great for people with M.S.

    Worth the price

    This oil has an astringent, slightly bitter aftertaste and a complex flavour, it is very fresh tasting and light and overall it is quite unlike any oil I have bought off the shop shelf, to me this indicates it is full of the good stuff.
