    Really very, very good indeed. I raised a case for non-delivery as it was getting on for 7 days. They were very understanding and polite and explained they'd had it take Royal Mail 10 days on some other items due to the strikes so pls could I wait until then before escalating. I did and the brake pads arrived after exactly 10 days. Thank you for being a good seller.
