    Really helps with time of stress.

    I've been taking Rhodiola Rosea for a few months now and have to say I've noticed a big difference. I've been through a couple of years of stress and only wish I'd started taking it sooner. So pleased to find something herbal and natural that helps alleviate signs of stress and anxiety. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I feel more motivated through the day I find i sleep better. Haven't tried any other brands to co pare, but after doing my research before buying the maximum potency and formula from Viridian ticks every box for me!

    Fantastic Results

    I suffer from Anxiety & Depression and for several years have been taking 2 of these every day with food. Recently going through a VERY stressful move from London to Brighton at the age of 64, I also took another 2 in the afternoon for a few months. They give me an extra strength to cope with stress and disruption -- amazingly so. I have tried MANY botanical supplements over 40 years and these come out tops so far for genuine results. And they do not have any noticeable side effects -- in particular they do not affect my sleep.
