      the cam sensor I had on there before wasn't ford brand and it went out in less then a year. its very important to use ford products on your vehicle. this is like the 3rd time ive replaced it using an aftermarket brand. thanks

      1996 cam sensor 7.3L

      Factory replacement part. Had bwd brand on and worked good for 2 years but ran rougher than normal. Then while driving it died on me, but started back up. That is the sign to replace it. Installed motorcraft and runs notinoticably smoother.

      if it's not black it's probably not a motorcraft part

      only go with Ford Motorcraft parts ......stay away from Chinese knock off brands....they will fail every time
