Arrived all ok, goes together ok but my mountain bike has a rack fitted at the rear and when the bike is placed in the stand the front legs of the stand lift up until they hit the wheel. I will modify the stand by welding a metal brace across between the two rear uprights which will stop the wheel from going back so far and therefore keep the front legs flat on the floor

Without doubt the best bike stand I have used. Holds bike firmly and does not put pressure on spokes. Use on front or rear wheel. Says accepts wheels up to 5.5cm width. My 2.25" wheels fit easily with room to spare for larger sizes. A cracking bit of kit.

    Just the job!

    A sturdy, good quality bike stand that does the job. No more leaning the bike against the nearest wall and it pulls apart for easy storage and transportation, very pleased with it, can’t think why I’ve never had one before!

    Does the job well

    This could be an excellent stand with a bit more care in manufacturing. Alignment of tubes could definitely be better, but it does do the job it’s suppose to. As I am using for a road bike, I placed foam pipe insulation around the upright tubes, so bike now stands perfectly upright.

    work with road bike

    Holds my road bike with 28c tyres just fine. No dramas what so ever. Yes the bike leans very slightly as its capable of holding much wider tyres. Makes chain cleaning and lubing a lot easier and simple tasks like adjusting seat height or adding accessories easier without having to lean the bike up against something.

    Good bike stand for storage & cleaning

    Good stand for storing and cleaning bikes and would be sturdy enough for minor maintenance away from the drivechain. Works well with up to 2.3--2.35 MTB tyres but would struggle with anything bigger. The connection between the base and top loop feels a little flimsy but should last as it's not under stress.

    Great piece of kit

    I don't know why I didn't get one before. I bought one of these because when fixing the handlebars the bike kept moving and really annoyed me .. so I decided to get a stand and this one was the best (and cheap too) I saw after some research. It comes in two parts so easy to store away but I keep my other bike in it permanently to save propping it up on then garage wall. The downside is that my electric mountain bike (which has much wider tyres only just fits in this rack and to get it out again requires putting my foot on the base of the stand and pulling the bike out. My friends has a similar bike to mine with bigger wider tyres and that will not fit into this rack. This is the best purchase I have got for my bikes and I will buy another one later.
