    Never received item, contacted seller days ago, no refund & no replacement item so far. 2 day shipment now 11 days & counting. Seller made excuses & blamed the carrier when in fact they made the mistake of sending Fed Ex to a PO box address. This could have been easily fixed by sending USPS or requiring a physical address but they obviously don't have their business figured out. Customer service terrible!
