    Very efficient service and arrived fully boxed and in great condition. Google products are usually easy to set up but a little word of caution, my model was from overseas (poss US looking at plug,) caw with an adaptor but there are a couple of extra steps needed to get it up and running. (You need to download an additional app which is a bit clunky) Took a couple of goes but all sorted and you end up with a top quality product at a bargain price. But maybe not great if you are not tech savvy

    Excellent! Arrived extremely quickly and took less than 5 minutes to set up! Looks and works exactly the same as my 2nd generation google nest hub in the kitchen. It is a US version but came with the UK adapter which was an unexpected bonus! These are brilliant little gadgets that my grandchildren love watching youtube videos and listening to music on. Less than half the price of buying from Argos! Pretty sure this item is brand new! Very happy with this purchase!

    Arrived promptly! Device is essentially brand new--came in a non-branded box, but had all the interior bits I'd expect for a new device (cardboard holders, etc). Didn't have any plastic covering on the screen, but it didn't need it. The device is spotless. Also came with a US -- UK plug. Set up was easy, and after firmware updates, google swapped to UK version no problem. Excellent product!
