    I had a very positive experience with Ronang26. I had significant difficulty with customs in my country (in Europe) and Ronang26 did their utmost best to help me solve the problems. I would strongly recommend this seller. The item arrived finally after a long customs delay and was in very good (used) condition, as described. Shipping costs were very high in comparison to the value of the item but this is not the seller's fault I guess and it was very clearly communicated before buying.

    are the Seller packed the item with tons of cardboard and bubble wrap and tape and unfortunately it was a beautiful Tinker Bell, Disney picture frame, and her wings broke off during shipping which actually shocked me since he did such an excellent job shipping it and packing it flawlessly. I contacted him and offered to send the Item  back back and told me to keep it and suggested maybe I can super glue it back together and he issued me a full 100% refund immediately. No questions asked!A+
