Buyer fully understands that all body kits and other fiberglass or carbon fiber panels are sold “AS IS” with no warranty. Due to the fact that most body kits are made of fiberglass, chips and cracks may need to be repaired prior to installation – this is normal with all fiberglass parts.
 
Buyer also understands that due to strict guidelines implemented by many countries world-wide, seller or installer are not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, bad judgement (cracking or breaking your parts).
 
Again, body kits and other fiberglass or carbon fiber panels are sold “AS IS” and it is customer’s responsibility to know all of the work involved in the installation process. Fibreglass kits are not direct bolt-ons!
 
We recommend that the customer seek an experienced custom shop to do the installation and refinishing of fiberglass products, which is experienced in this area and knows all variables to do with installation of fiberglass products.
 
Buyer accepts responsibility to check the item for damage before signing for collection. We do not hold any responsibility for the damage in transit.
