Where do you get off on selling this absolutely abysmal product??Why would you have a frame that tilts when it needs to stay secure.... I secured the tilting frame with 2 screws, ridiculous design. Also when leaning against the canvas when tufting because u have to apply pressure... The whole stand is toppling.... I have to try and place my feet on it to stop it tumbling... Total waste of money and worst product I've bought in all my years on ebay.

This item is not designed for tufting guns. We sell specific frames for tufting guns which are much heavier and sturdier. We have explained to this lady that the one she purchased was for hand tufting which is why the frame tilts. Its not our fault she purchased the wrong item for her needs and was very rude and tried blackmailing us to send her the heavier frame. Awful rude customer the worst we have dealt with. We had 100% feedback before this rude feedback. We are always here to help

The loom is great fitted together fine and it's solid. The seller was amazing slight problem with delivery not the sellers fault its time of year. But seller was brilliant would not have found parcel had it not been the help on sellers part. Would certainly buy from again. Communication was top class.
