Great Product. Easy to fit and use.
This reel is simple to install as everything is provided. It pulls out very easily and is a dream to rewind as the 'screw' mechanism evens out the winding onto the reel. In short it does what it says on the tin! Yes there are cheaper brands out there but in this case you do get what you paid for. Highly recommended.

I am absolutely delighted with this great easy to use and wall fixing hose reel, I am no expert DIY handyman, but believe me, this garden accessary, was a complete doddle to fix onto the wall next to our outdoor garden tap, and my wife just loves the easy to rewind feature. Wonderful product.

Hozelock 40 m garden hose
Over the last few years I have purchased a few of the lightweight expandable hoses. They are so easy to use and give a promise that they are heavy duty, but in reality, are only functional for a very short portion before they burst. I had the earliest ones replaced easily, but the last one required me to return it to China at my expense! I thought I was dealing with a UK company, so there was no way I was going to attempt to post 150 ft of hose and attachments overseas. I had it repaired many times, each time reducing its length, but it used to be good for about 2 uses before it burst again. I finally decided to call it a day and invest in a Hozelock that I know will last me years. It is so easy to use, with its assisted retractibility. Good value and seems to be solidly made.
I bought this rather than the auto wind version which I have heard can be troublesome when the spring snaps or gets weak. I like the way the mechanism guides the hose so it is wound efficiently. Pulling the hose out and winding it back in are now not a chore. I hope it will last at least till I am no longer capable of using it myself.
