Parts warranty Terms & Conditions: In the unlikely event that a part does is faulty, parts will need to be returned to be tested and a replacement will be supplied. If a replacement part cannot be supplied in a reasonable amount of time then a full refund will be provided.

Berkshire BMW Spares will NOT reimburse any labour/fitting/removal or changing costs/charges involved in under any circumstances. Engines supplied with any consumable ancillaries such as alternators, power steering pumps, belts, turbos, seals, gaskets with engines have not been tested and provided free of charge. Any engine or gearbox supplied MUST be correctly fitted by a professional with new timing/ drive belts/oil & service components before use. Proof of fitting such as invoice must be provided in an event of a warranty claim, proof of replacement consumable items such as new oil seal gaskets/oil/thermostats must be provided. Damage caused by misuse, improper fittinig, neglect or motorsport use is NOT covered. Failure to follow these terms or failure to provide professional invoice will invalidate your warranty.
