Ordered this item, wrong one sent, returned. Reordered, wrong item received, again! Took to P.O. wrong label sent. Contacted dealer, asked for right label. They decided to go with "Hermes". Pick up arranged. Stayed in waiting for 10 hrs, no courier. Days work lost! "Hermes" did not recognise the numbers they had sent me. Back to dealer, who arranged collection. Finally got shut!! Please, dealers, make sure the item listed, is the one you send, it saves a lot of time & frustration.
