Recieved and the suction via the hose wasn't working which I needed due to pet hair on furnishings. I contacted the seller and although they offered to have it picked up and resent it wasn't ideal as it would have cost me twice in wages in taking the time off to wait in. Products are supposed to be tested before dispatch! Being a single parent I thought i'd save money buying second hand. It will now cost me twice 😒
