Mattress is rolled, I've heard don't make a mistake an open b4 bed assembled and be CAREFUL when you do, it gives a whack of a surprise cos of springs! can't wait for help to find out! My cabinets looked great but unfortunately, on unpacking they had a small amount of damage to 2 corners (due to a damaged box on delivery). This was dealt with very quickly. Good communication throughout. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It took me over 5 days to rectify the problem and to get the right item send to me. Then they left me with the parts and frames to disposed them as well . that cost me another £80. Communication and reply was also very poor. For me, this is the first and last time that I'll but any thing from them. No apologies or replies. I will not recommend anyone to deal with the company.
