'Company' means Healthcure Pharma Limited (registered in England & Wales 11280096) whose registered address is 35 Kensington court, medway road, tunbridge wells, TN1 2FD 'Customer' means the consumer as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. 'Goods' means the products offered by the Company and those chosen by the Customer in this transaction.
 
 
Order
By submitting a completed order in eBay the Customer shall be deemed as placing an order with the Company. The Company shall confirm acceptance of the Customer's Order in writing and will supply the Goods to the Customer in accordance with the Customer's completed order. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply orders but this does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
 
Information
The Company provides information on the goods and its services in good faith. Errors and omissions on listings may be corrected by the Company. The customer may cancel the order with the Company and obtain a full refund if they have relied upon the error or omission.
 
Cancellation of Orders
The Customer may cancel the order within 10 days of delivery and must provide written details to the Company of the order. All returns shall be sent to the Company’s registered address. This returns policy does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights. Goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Goods cannot be returned if the tamper-evident seal has been broken. The costs of returning the goods to the Company shall be borne by the Customer unless incorrect or faulty goods have been supplied or an error has been made by the Company.Refunds will be made to the customer’s Paypal account unless otherwise agreed between the customer and the Company. Refunds will only be processed on receipt of returned Goods by the Company.
 
Price and Delivery Charges
The price of the goods will be that indicated at the time of placing the order and will include Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate. VAT receipts will be supplied by the Company on written request. Delivery charges (usually for post and packing) will be as advised at the time of
placing the order. Delivery will normally be made by Royal Mail standard services however the Company reserves the right to use other methods of delivery as it deems appropriate or as agreed with the customer.
 
Dispatch and Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched to the address you have advised us of within the timescale specified in the product listing. Any delivery dates quoted will be approximate and are given in good faith and the Company will not be liable for any reasonable delay however caused. Overseas delivery times will vary and you should allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will advise you if a product is out of stock and will suggest an alternative product if one is available. Delivery charges will be as indicated on the product listing and will be advised at the time of ordering. If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods or gives the Company incorrect delivery instructions then the Company may store the Goods until delivery is made and charge the Customer for its reasonable costs re-delivery. The Company shall not owe the Customer any duty of care in this event.
 
Use of Goods
The Goods are sold as food supplements or as oils for external use and are warranted as being fit for this purpose only. Where the Company provides the Customer with information or advice to ensure that the Goods will be safe the Customer agrees to use the Goods in accordance with this information. Other than the Customer's statutory rights the Company shall not be liable for injury or loss suffered by the Customer where the Customer fails to follow the Company's conditions, recommendations or warnings. The Customer should seek medical advice if
they are in any doubt about their health condition and the suitability of the goods in this respect.

    Fantastic

    Have been using these for a couple of weeks and im feeling great! They have really worked for me, ive been on fluoxetine before but they give me bad side effects like clamping down and grinding my teeth and excessive sweating, with these I have NO side effects just all the positives. It's a crime the NHS aren't recommending this type of treatment instead. A*

    Not for me

    Made me feel sick and sleepy with watery diarrea. Tried 2 times different days. No doubt thats was all from these pills. I was very happy with Lindens products but now looking more deeper into ingredients I started doubting of the quality. I guess you get what you pay for.

    Helps with mood

    Certainly has raised my mood. No longer feel negative in my own head. I have came off my fluoxetine as i wanted a natural way of dealing with my depression as i was sick of the side effects of medication. Im still battling fatigue at the minute but I'm only taking two of these tablets a day and havent started my complex Vitamin B supplements yet along with them. I think its all about getting the dosage of htp5 correct for your body. Im going to buy the higher dose of these next time around. All in i would recommend. They have helped my mental symptoms of depression just not my physical symptoms. Hopefully a stronger dose may help this.

    It helps

    Started taking this for my anxiety and have noticed a change straight away i don’t feel as panicky and nauseas anymore I’ve also got my appetite back since taking these which is brilliant. I currently take 1 a day before bed but I’m going to up my dose to 300mg per day and I’m certain it will help even more, works much better then the stuff the doctors prescribe I definitely recommend this if you suffer with anxiety, I will be ordering more thank you so much!

    A total and complete waste of money

    Absolutely useless. The tablets taste of chalk, I wonder what they’re made from? They had no effect whatsoever. A total and complete waste of money. I fell for the storyline and, on reflection, I wonder why I bought a tablet that is not recommended by any sensible organisation, (except the sellers of them) but that is widely available for varying amounts of money. I suggest they are nothing more than expensive placebos. I should have asked to see reputable scientific analysis.
