Purchased a pair of trousers and within a handful of wears stitching down seam has come apart. Asked for an exchange as item not lasted aslong as any new pair should to which I've been refused as they say they wouldn't send faulty goods! Obviously there supplier must be in high demand if they make goods that are never faulty! Very unhelpful seller that I've purchased more than one item off before but I shall not be purchasing from again.
