      Industrial quality for retail prices.

      I am a fairly heavy user of alkaline batteries as many of my devices are unsuitable for rechargeable types. This is due to the high current that can flow if rechargeable batteries are shorted, or damaged. The range of battery types that are available from this supplier is quite extensive and I have found the quality has always been good. Storage life is very good and duration in use exceeds my expectations. Also they look the part!

      Not ideal for my use!

      Still searching for good type C batteries for my outside PIR lamp. These don't really cut it & the previous Energizer ones were worse. Perhaps I just need to buy top end premium batteries, but they come at a cost! For other uses they may be fine!?

      As good as the High Street brand

      The Duracell Professional battery is extremely good value compared with the High Street Duracell. I have compared several sizes of the two Duracell types, and found the performance is about equal, but the Professional batteries much cheaper to buy in boxes of ten. In my opinion NO CONTEST.

      Unexpected power if used sensibly.

      Been using these regularly and if not put into an impossible situation, they work quite well. I had my previous ones in a tree light set up outside at Christmas and they did better than my solar lights and some other batteries. I'd say that they are midrange use and work well in small portable transistor radios/torches and clocks. Try them out if your on a budget. They are made by Duracell and reasonably priced.

      Don't be caught out by powercuts this Winter

      With the threat of power cuts looming, I stocked up now, just incase. I have a 210 lumens 'Refractor' torch that lights up a room nicely when placed on a table vertically. We'll worth getting! I give Procell batteries a 5/5 rating! šŸ¤žšŸ˜ŽšŸ‘
