The cost of 3 bulbs was around 52 GBP. In the customs declaration on the package, the seller mentioned 62.28 GBP. Any value above 75 USD (= around 60 GBP) requires paying additional local tax. Due to the higher wrong value stated, I had to pay an additional lical tax of 10.5 GBP (instead of zero) to get the package. In addition the bulbs were poorly packed. The seller is not responsive.

Well made item
This is a really solidly made item, and is excellently designed. Both bell push and main item have mounting plates and can easily be removed for replacement of batteries. Choice of bell sounds and works well with the wireless link.

Does not work - faulty unit out of the box
Does not work out of the box after installing the batteries. There's no sound coming out from the chime unit when changing melody of pressing button. Chime unit has got a blinking led to indicate that its powered on and door button flashes light when button pressed. Have tried factory reset and pairing for a few times but apparently something wrong in the chime unit. Bought a Honeywell brand door bell as thought it would be a good quality one but obviously that's not the case... Does not work out of the box after installing the batteries. There's no sound coming out from the chime unit when changing melody of pressing button. This is the second of these I have bought. I got one for the back door and was pleased with it, so I have bought another for the front door. I am hard of hearing but these are so loud and clear, I have no problems hearing them. Excellent quality for the price.

Poor chimes
Nice receiver and cute button but very poor sound reproduction on the chimes. Despite what it says on the box they do not sound at all good quality. I would also think that for over £30 there would be more than just a paltry 4 sounds to choose from. The sounds themselves are quite awful apart from the tone reproduction. Poor value. Would not recommend.

Poor range and too quiet.
It stated on the specs a range of 150 metres. In an open field it managed 70 metres, in the house it couldn’t manage 7 metres, but to be fair that was through 2 stone walls 2 foot thick. It’s also surposed to be 80 decibels. I think not but don’t have a metre to test the output. I do have a new chainsaw limited to 83 decibels that must be twice as noisy at least. Otherwise it’s fine !
