Terms and conditions of the sale
All goods returned must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase, returns made after 60 days will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a paypal print off) or they will be refused.
 
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we must be notified within 48 hours. Please contact us via the eBay messages and include any relevant images and we will contact you to work out a solution.
 
Oils, lubricants and fluids are non-returnable once purchased.
 
Parts must be checked for compatibility before fitment, please make sure they match the parts you remove. If in doubt do not fit the parts and contact us first if necessary. We will not be liable for any 3rd party labour costs or pay any losses arising therefrom.
 
Buyers must pay return postage costs unless a prior arrangement has been made. Items suspected to be faulty must be returned for testing/inspection before any refund will be considered, we cannot send out any replacement unit the suspected faulty part has been returned to us. Refunds will be made minus ebay fee's and delivery charges.

Fast delivery. Bought 2 cans after getting DPF light on my BMW 335d caused by a boost leek which is fixed, scanned the car and 80g soot so no chance of normal regen. First can got the car down to 55g soot, managed to get a brief regen while driving, down to 40g but back pressure sensor still showing high so regen stopped by ECU. Following day used the second can and this can got the soot levels down enough for the car to take over a normal regen at 35g and got it down to 5g. Happy BMW @197556 mi

    Don't waste the money - no difference to the DPF

    Made no difference to the DPF - same sensor readings and yes the sensor is working correctly. Been better off spending the ££ against a new DPF.
