    Nice sturdy unit . Caught rat on very first night . Living in country with pets ,poison was not my first choice but to have the option of trap or bait is perfect . I paid more for the double box and spring trap , I would say , I hoped the "poison " divider and hanger were included to expand my options , but , I still think the item is perfect for my set up . The spring traps enclosed in a locked box ensure the dogs don't get caught or injured and it works ," Large " rat on first night .

    It’s a rat trap and you’ve been caught!

    It took less than 5 minutes for the first trap to kill a rat! I have 4 boxes with traps in and regularly get 3 kills a night. The boxes keep the dog safe and stop my wife from accidentally seeing the dead rat. Every kill has been quick and clean. I use chunky peanut butter as bait.

    Snap one up

    Great,sturdy traps, easy to set up. Unfortunately the vermin that had been burrowing and terrorising the neighbourhood seem to have moved on...but its peace of mind to have them in place just in case.would recommend

    Several advantages.

    Easy to bait and set. The corpse can be disposed of without handling it by using the pull cord release. Larger animals can't get in to trigger it but a juvenile hedgehog might. The trigger is very sensative and sometimes goes off when you move the trap. The key to open it isn't brilliant.
