"I recently purchased a Dell 3380 PC, but unfortunately, it arrived with a damaged lid, suggesting that the seller didn't package it properly. To make matters worse, upon opening it, I found the hard drive loose inside, and there were some missing screws. This was quite disappointing, as I expected a fully functional and intact product. I hope the seller can address these issues in the future to provide a better customer experience.

This buyer is not truthful, and did not mention this to me until after almost two weeks after receipt. Check my other listing for MANY "great packaging!" remarks. Prior to sale, he kept trying to buy laptop for 50% of the listing price, so my guess is he is trying to get it for free by listing these lies. Has never produced evidence, and even if he does, so much time has passed, it is not reliable. This is the type of user that ruins eBay, so sad. NEVER came to me first for a solution.
