    Smooth-Q is a smooth deal

    An excellent purchase for the price! Minor shortfalls: - Have to remove phone and unbalance gimbal to fit in case. - Zoom control steps; not smooth. - ZY Play app could be more intuitive.

    Good value, suitable for casual video recording, not a professional product

    The gimbal is lightweight, easy to balance and operate. Long battery life. On the negative side: 1. It is not integrated with Filmic Pro 2. Zhiyun camera app does not have a Log capability, hence unusable in most cases. 3. Focus cannot be controlled from the gimbal 4. Even though iPhone can be charged from the gimbal, doing it during recording is very inconvenient.

    Works best with a smaller (not biggest) phone

    Works great with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, but I don't think it would fit a bigger phone, and I have reset the slider each time I want to put it back in the case. Works exactly as expected - actually better than I expected. I am sure there are better gimbals, but not at this price. I am NOT a professional videographer or blogger, so it more than adequate for me needs.
