Never used before but will do again. Lovely product. Good price too. Very easy application. No mess. Only downside is some items inside box were different to what was listed on box and in instructions. Not really a good thing except I preferred how everything was already mixed together. But the conditioner and moisturizer were both to leave in. Yet instructions say conditioner to be rinsed out. Not very good practice if someone's not as experienced with using these products at home.
