Slippers arrived quickly witht a layer of dust on the top one in the open display area of box. Because box design had no added packing inside to protect during transit the box was damaged in a few places.The bag, delivery note and slippers smelled very musty and couldn't be a gift. Told seller, asked for refund including cost return postage as the slippers weren't of gift quality.Seller said return for refund or exchange.Chose refund,only got 12.98 and not 16.47. Not recommended.
