The plant was severely infested with some pests, likely mites. The first four pictures show it upon arrival. There were two main points of growth, which were suffocated. The plant was struggling in this condition for many months before was sent to me. I cut one head, disinfected and rerooted, the last picture shows it’s recovering now after one month, you can see bites on older leaves too.
The seller was completely aware the plant was severely sick and sold it anyway.

Looks more like cool damage during winter shipment. There is no point sending a plant in bad condition; I rountinely cancel orders instead. I am curious how you know that "The plant was struggling in this condition for many months before was sent" and "The seller was completely aware the plant was severely sick and sold it anyway"? It taskes some ESP abilities to know what happened miles away and what's in other's mind.
