When purchasing, I was not given any tracking information on the product for the first week. It then was updated that it would arrive 2 weeks late, some notice or communication would have been brilliant.
I was happy once the product arrived however soon after I was then charged an additional £70 for import charge which I was assured was payed by the seller. The £70 is up to 30% of the products full price which would not have made me buy in the first place!
Will not recommend!
