Midway's streetball series continues with NBA Ballers: Phenom, which introduces two-on-two action and expands the story-driven career mode found in its predecessor. Once again the emphasis is on using an array of over-the-top moves to outperform rival athletes from the NBA. This time, however, players can explore a bustling Venice Beach, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills in an off-court exploration mode that involves talking with pedestrians and performing various quests. Players begin by creating a custom character and advance through a storyline that will pull them in one of two directions.<br><br>Through their interactions with hip-hop artist Ludacris or pro basketball star Chauncey Billups, players can build a life as a business entrepreneur or try to become a number-one draft pick in the NBA. Over the course of one week, which coincides with the NBA Finals in Los Angeles, players will participate in tournaments against real-life NBA stars, explore parts of the city to locate hidden diamonds or mascot heads, and complete shooting challenges, spelling bees, and even rhythm-based dance contests. Money earned from both quests and tournaments can be used to purchase clothing items, mansions, and other worldly possessions.

    pretty good game

    NBA Ballers Phenom is a good game for you if you like killer crossovers awesome allyoops and insane blocks. The game has pretty good graphics and many places to play at including the Billups residense and the staples center. Overall the game is very fun but is very repatetive. when you play the livin the dream mode there is a good storyline but pretty much all you do is play in tournaments. overall the game is fun with many different unlockables.

    Good game!

    PROS: Great gameplay. Excellent graphics. Keeps you entertained for long periods of time. CONS: VERY slow loading time. Because of the intense graphics, it takes a long time to load features and gameplay modes. I bought it because of the good reviews I had read online. I am happy with the game and would definitely purchase it again.

    NBA Ballers Phenom, the best and dirtiest game ever.

    I bought this game because it looked cool. But this game was more than cool, it rocked my socks. Also, while you walk around you can buy guns that allow you to kill opponents during games, this gives you an automatic win. You can even get some head from prostitutes on the street. Every time you miss, the computer player calls you a dike and says he did your mom. When the computer player misses you get faggot points and if you fill up the meter you can shoot him in the head with a really big gun.
