I bought it on 10/5/23, the same day I received a notification with a tracking number that it had been sent, I missed other purchase opportunities by trusting your information. On October 18, 23, 2 weeks after sending it according to his information, he returned the money without a fair reason and without contacting me to find a solution since he needed the item. It is unfortunate that a seller gives information and then changes everything in 2 weeks.

Hi Wilson, we provided you with an explanation, please see your messages. Unfortunately despite us disabling shipping to your location in Puerto Rico, eBay still allowed the purchase to go through. Due to distribution rights we are not authorised to ship the MET brand to your location so we had to reimburse your purchase. A tracking number was originally provided as a label had been generated prior to us noticing the error. I'm very sorry for the trouble caused here.
