And I had to follow along to make sure I got my return, because seller missed the 1st & 2nd return shipping attempts. Because seller couldn’t pick up the package to the return shipping address for an unknown reason. I was issued the refund from seller not cooperating in the return process. But it’s so good that EBay has my back and issued me my full refund! I wasn’t obligated, I accepted the return to avoid hassle. I also provided a legitimate certificate and photos showing the item under my professional 365nm UV light: no reaction. I had combined her orders and refunded the extra postage. When I processed the refund, I deducted that postage I already given back. She wasn’t happy.
