It was well packaged but when unpacked it has a dent in one side. Luckily this is hidden when slotted into place between our cupboards.The machine and programmes work fairly well cleaning dishes, we often just use the quick one. It's not that quiet compared to the one we replaced but OK.With the Leap year deal it was good value at£255, but is not as good as some other brands we have used, and I would not recommend it at full price.

Purchased new iPad Air. The packaging of the box was a plastic bag, so no surprise that it turned up with several dings, thus devaluing any future sell on price. The iPad itself was fine. Contacted ao who replied with little enthusiasm. I certainly won’t be ordering from ao again, if only for the lack of care sending out expensive goods and the lack of interest shown by the customer service rep.
