Originally was set to arrive for Saturday, but came on Wednesday, which was much faster of a delivery than expected. I question the fabric as it doesn't match any of the authentic HM fabrics, but still feels great overall. I've been testing it out for a few days and it's a big upgrade from a gaming chair. Would recommend this! Thanks Madison Seating! A++

I returned it. I purchased a new one from HM, their updated version and it's far better than the old model sold. Side note the chair I purchased had grease finger marks on the back side of the chair.

The chair was in good quality otherwise, condition was as described, it's a great value, and the appearance was very good.
