    Great for learning to recognize the notes.

    These are great flashcards! They are on cardstock, so not super sturdy, but for anyone old enough not to abuse them a lot they're great. I'm a teacher and am loving using these cards with students that struggle with sight reading.

    Good basic cards

    These are good basic flashcards. I appreciate that the note are shown with a grand staff (some sets only show one clef with each note). The color coding makes it easy to differentiate between the card types. The only drawback I see is that they may not endure heavy use without some lamination.

    Great flash cards

    I bought both sets of music flash cards for my daughter who is learning to play piano. They exceeded my expectations because they include all aspects of music, not just notes. For instance, there are word definitions, such as 'piano' means softly, and chords and rythms. I like that my daughter can go through the cards on her own, since the answers are on the back of the card. I would recommend these music flash cards to anyone learning to play an instrument.
