The Sebo K1 hoover didn't come with three tools listed on the advert. One tool in particular ( the stair attachment ) was necessary for me. MG Domestic established after several days that their advert was wrong. I received a curt message to say that I can raise a return and send the hoover back. After complaining I was offered £20 refund which I accepted as it was too difficult for me to be at home whenever the hoover was to be collected. It's cost me an extra £70 for two of the missing tools!
