Bed was assembled in about 2 hours between two adults and tools were provided in the packets, couple of spare nuts too in case you lost one. Seems to be operating well. There is no base to the ottoman so storage is on the floor but if things are bagged then not an issue

All correspondence was professional and the delivery driver gave us a ring 30 mins before to check we were in. Bang on time and very polite and professional, helped me get mattress into hall. Not used mattress as yet but it didn’t come all rolled up like the cheaper ones do but it was still only £130 for a quality Kingsize mattress! Good value for money I would recommend this company to buy off ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
