Dryer was delivered by Jacob and Cosmin and I cannot praise them enough. They were really helpful, polite, professional, moved the dryer to exactly where I needed it in the kitchen and gave my children an AO teddy bear. They have restored my faith in decent customer service, which is a rarity nowadays. The machine itself is well made and quiet! Just brilliant. We were wary about buying via EBay but had no need to be!

Please check with the company before you pay £45 for connection and recycling as they don't offer it for this product. After a lot of messages this problem was eventually resolved and the £45 refunded. However delivery was exceptional. Delivered to room of choice and called to inform me they were on the way. They were a very polite two man team.
