    Poor quality.

    I'm sceptical this is a genuine Numatic Henry vacuum head. The metal plate on the base where suction occurs is of such poor quality, it wore down quite quickly resulting in a sharp metal edge which badly scratched an expensive wooden floor.

    Poor quality

    Bought the hoover head and decided to go for the dearer one for a change rather than the cheaper one. Wish I hadn't bothered! The plastic has somehow distorted after the first use so the hoover whistles as it's not getting a proper suction.

    Very poor quality - no way it is genuine

    There's nothing on the product or packaging to suggest it is genuine. It broke within a month and I had to disassemble the head. The metal base is so flimsy it is like it has been pressed out of tin foil. Really poor quality and in my opinion is not a genuine product as is advertised.

    So it's not a genuine Henry Hoover head as stated. Although it fits and does the job, just not as big and powerful as the Genuine Henry one.
