I collected the item today after being misdirected by UPS who claimed to attempt delivery then drop off at collection point. The seller has no control over this but very poor service from UPS UK. The item was well packed but did have a little travel damage also with warranty paperwork. car booked in for 11th for item to be fitted. Seller gives good email feedback as well.
