Absolutely shocked at the product I received in reflection of the listing. The item couldn’t even load a 4GB ram game, let alone a 16GB ram one. The laptop would turn off instantly upon loading games, overheated in seconds and can’t even power on unless plugged into a charger AT ALL TIMES!!! I tried asking for help from the seller + they had none to offer except seeing an IT specialist who was SHOCKED at the product I was sold and highly recommended I return it ASAP due to the poor refurbishment
