    Great for jam setting

    This is a great product for setting my strawberry jam, it works every time, I had the 2:1 so I don't need a lot of sugar, eg:1000g fruit to 500g sugar, English translation is included with your order, well worth the money

    Perfect for making excellent jams

    This makes the best tasting jam, according to our family. The 2 parts fruit and 1 part sugar is the ideal combination for a very fruity flavour and reduced sugar, compared to shop bought jams. In this batch, I briefly boiled our frozen raspberries, then strained them through a sieve, then used 750ml fruit juice per 500g sugar mixed with one sachet of pectin which made raspberry jam without the pips. Always a winner
