This kettle is not a genuine Zannusi brand, it has another name on it and the Zanussi lettering has been stuck onto the kettle furthermore it looks like it'd been used. You will be disappointed if you expect genuine goods. On requesting a refund from the seller, I am accused of not purchasing this kettle from him/her. Very unprofessional and no refund given.

150+ sold of these kettles with positive feedback. They are sold as new and sealed from Zanussi. customer had this delivered on 1st feb and contacted us on Feb 10th. very reluctant to provide images of what was received - as an onine seller we obvioulsy need images. Why wouldnt you provide these if you had received a used item? When images were finally provided these were of a model we had never sold??? accussing us of scamming and selling fake items when we believe this was old kettle

Noisiest cattle
The noisiest cattle i ever had. ... I bought the cattle because it had good reviews, unfortunately it doesn't match reviews. It takes time to boil , it's sooo loud that it can wake neighbors up .. The water gauge is hidden behind the handle, it's hard to see how much water there is..My old cattle which was only 16£, was very quiet.. unfortunately got broken after many years of use.. Smart looking kettle with flaws.
Takes longer to switch off than it should, looks neat - quite a small kettle. Noisy - yes. The casing is very thin stainless. Will it last? Does not give the impression it will.
